SOUTHWEST COLLEGE OF MEDICAL-DENTAL ASSISTANTS & PRACTICAL NURSES is doing business as NEVADA CAREER INSTITUTE, State License# NV20081259291, Las Vegas License #G63-07240. A complaint issued to Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), and sent to Accreditation analyst KELLY COSTELLO alleges that the 5-year accreditation status issued to NEVADA CAREER INSTITUTE is fraudulent, and represents a scam.
The 42-page complaint was not timely denied or refuted by Nevada Career Institite employees, or its President Mitchell Fuerst, or any of the natural persons named in the complaint, and no response was personally served upon the Complainant within the 10 day calendar deadline set by Complainant.
In fact, the Nevada Career Institute Campus Director is accused of showing her true Mississippi colors by contacting her white police-officer friends at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to harass, target, and to intimidate the Complainant based upon race, gender, and/or age.
White police officers do not show up at the homes of white men or white women who practice their U.S. Free Speech rights.

Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), led by Accreditation Manager, Kelly Costello, conducted a piece-maal exaination of the accreditation to Nevada Career Institute failed to uncover fraud being engaged in by Nevada Career Institute, claims a 42-page Complaint filed with said organization.
Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) failed to uncover what motivates student cheating, why student cheating at Nevada Career Institute is tolerated by the Campus Director, why many Nevada Career Institute students come from failed for-profit colleges; and, why many Nevada Career Institute students are upset at what they perceive as an inadequate education.
According to the complaint filed with the accreditation agency, many Nevada Career Institute students (for example, Tiffany Williams, Tatianna Pamplin) were documented as cheating, and the Nevada Career Institute Campus Director did nothing.
The complaint alleges that Nevada Career Institute students are encouraged by the Nevada Career Institute Campus Director to participate in propaganda campaigns; staged photo-op pictures with white executive officers, and other token black employees.

Why is the Accreditation issued to Nevada Career Institute Suspected of being Fraudulent?
Nevada Career Institution boasts about being issued a 5-year Accredited status by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools. The review process allegedly took less than 72 hours.
The 18th Edition of the Accreditation Manual publicly promoted by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) asserts that an accredited school must comply with ALL of its standards. Nevada Career Institute has NOT complied with ALL standards listed in the Accreditation Manual. In fact, the unrefuted WhistleBlower complaint details numerous undenied allegations that Nevada Career Institute has engaged in false, misleading, and deceptive advertising that any normal person can see, as well as blatant trademark infringement.
How is it possible for any legitimate accrediting agency to miss or avoid the allegations contained in the 42-page complaint? Is the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) a rubber stamp for for-profit college scams?
For a membership fee, would the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) also accredit the medical wing of Nazi Germany's oven programs for Jews? Any certificate or diploma issued or approved by Nevada Career Institute should be considered as WORTHLESS as a used condom or broken egg shell.
Nevada Career Institute failed or refused to issue a timely reply to a legitimate complaint of accreditation abuses, false and misleading adverising, trademark infringemnt, and Nevada Labor law violations. When served a copy of the complaint, the white Campus Director notifed the local police department and directed her cop friends to visit the home of the critic in an effort to silence and intimidate a eye-witness to student cheating, fraud, and corruption.
How is it possible for any accreditation issued to Nevada Career Institute to therefore be legitimate??? Ms. Kelly Costello refuses to answer that question. Money counts!
